With its family atmosphere, modern comforts, and green surroundings, it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries as a couple or with your family, far from the hustle and bustle, yet close to all amenities.
The fully private four-sided house offers 85 m² of living space comprising a modern 45 m² living room (with fully equipped kitchen, TV corner, reading corner near the fireplace, and dining area), a cozy 22 m² adult suite (equipped with a king-size bed, modern bathtub, sink, and television), a shower room with toilet, and a mezzanine bedroom for children or teenagers with two single beds. The accommodation has a private garden, a terrace with direct views of the surrounding countryside, two private parking spaces, and direct access to a 146-hectare protected nature reserve that will delight hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. The accommodation is located in a very quiet, secluded area, less than 2 km from all the amenities in the village (supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, restaurants, etc.). The accommodation has a shelter for storing up to 4 bicycles (electric charging available).
The building has been designed to offer maximum comfort while minimizing its ecological footprint (energy class A building, electric heating via solar panels and high-efficiency pellet stove, rainwater recovery).
