The fully private four-sided house offers 85 m² of living space comprising a modern 45 m² living room (with fully equipped kitchen, TV corner, reading corner near the fireplace, and dining area), a cozy 22 m² adult suite (equipped with a king-size bed, modern bathtub, sink, and television), a shower room with toilet, and a mezzanine bedroom for children or teenagers with two single beds. The accommodation has a private garden, a terrace with direct views of the surrounding countryside, two private parking spaces, and direct access to a 146-hectare protected nature reserve that will delight hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. The accommodation is located in a very quiet, secluded area, less than 2 km from all the amenities in the village (supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, restaurants, etc.). The property features a bike shed that can accommodate up to four bicycles, complete with an electric charging outlet. For an additional fee, the property also offers an electric car charging station.
The building has been designed to offer maximum comfort while minimizing its ecological footprint (energy class A building, electric heating via solar panels and high-efficiency pellet stove, rainwater recovery).
